I never have figured out why it takes the brains of Yankey’s to reach the top floor , but it sure is evident. Just try to work with such public agencies as Idaho’s Department of Health and Welfare. At a time of very lean pockets in state funding you’d think that most would get off the crapper and streamline this agency. Make it not only more responsive but efficient. But no , call em up, and you get put on a call back number. Bullsbreath. If I call I want to speak to someone NOW, not later. Now bet your next swig of Uncle Jessie’s finest that if I were a Mexicali the helpers there would be right to the phone, thing done. But because I’m an old Confederate Marine stuck in Bliss needing to recertify my EBT card benefits, I have to jump through fyre just to get something done. Glad I only need to do this twice a year. But should this state look more at this state agency and hire those with real smarts to serve the public? I think so.
What Idaho needs is two things a Confederate in as Governor and a Confederate in as a Idaho Congressman or Representative. We might talk goofy in the south and many look at us as challenged Appalachian Americans(Redneck term no longer applies), but the fact is we learn school learning at an early age and fresh air gets brains to run at warp speed rather than the sub light speed of Yankey’s.
