There are certain people who can only see things from just where they live. That should not have managerial jobs say managing apartment complex’s in others case-n-point.

Not quite fully awake I remembered that our illustrious manager of Clover Creek here was waddling over to do inspections. First she bitches about LexiBelle being here. Bad thing to start with, when LexiBelle is part of my very soul. Then she bitches about the sink with soaking dishes, excuse me I did not wake up in time to clean them up, then she bitches about the head not being clean. Excuse me ran out of denero so no head cleaning products. What few I have is in a office in Gooding. And so on. This manager is more into not having people especially a full grown healthy single male here and always finding a way or reason to give me the boot. Piss on em. I told Cuzzin Bud this long before I was ordered to move. The office shit, the expense with LexiBelle and all the rest would have been side stepped if at all, if he would have just taken care of the back power and water bill. Added to that if he would have green lighted the place in Tuttle I could be making money right now. The same conditions of the situation, are the same. Jodi our apartment manager lives in Jerome, in a big house, with hubby, dogs, and so on, snagging a good $30k a year. Just because Jerome is warm and snug don’t mean Bliss is. When it snows and your stuck in the parking lot, and snow removal is hours away, if at all she bitches that people are calling her about it. Then she sezz move the truck over into the guest parking spot. Oh right, move the truck, so that all the little crooks in Bliss needing money for their meth fixes can steal my chains, dollies, tow lights etc. Not going to happen. Jerome has a for the most part a good police department. There is security there. Bliss has no cops, unless one calls the GCSO alot. But Jodi does not live here. The outfit in Boise that owns this complex should hire someone that lives here to mange the damn place. Syringa sezz its not ROI enuff for them to do that. But then what do you do? Only one option, move, thus am looking in both Twin and Buhl.
On the same road different lane Bud, good man, and I love him cuzz well he’s kin folk, but he lives in Utah, where both expenses and economics while not perfect are a heap better than here. Utah as a 3 maybe 4% unemployment rate seasonally adjusted. Idaho over all has a near 10% unemployment rate not adjusted for anything. Bud see’s things as they are from his porch in Bountiful Utah, not the cold freezing world of Idaho. So things like certain bills or reputations of apartment complex’s are not of his knowledge. But who suffers? ME. Now outside of two people that are working with me to get that SSI Payee thing reworked and flowing better, I’m trying my ass off to get me in a spot to where I can tell SSI and others to hang it in their ears. Between Ellie May and another that visited me the other night, Sammy and some others except for a guy who has an Oxy bar in Burley , the rest of these new hires purtty much gave up the ship. The thing is all but 1 were willing to work for no pay for 30 to 60 days without a pay check, on the grounds of being a prospect Employee, of SAMCRO. That time frame would have allowed SAMCRO/AYREWOLVEZ time to gain a better Cash flow coming in from the SBDC in Twin Falls along with ad sales etc. Yes the terrestrial radio station is out there several months, so the delivery point is different, but a streaming station and one that could be delivered through one on air station already on air in Rupert would have gained the same results. There was a ton of misunderstandings from the get go, but at least Ellie May who I love very much, not in the traditional Love way as between a guy/gal thing. But as a serious friend whom came to my rescue more than once, proved she was in the mix, and more over is really trying to help. But all that’s getting off course here.
Bud is going to retire his place as my payee sometime in May or so. By then either I myself will be in charge of my funds or someone that I trust as much as I do Ellie May which are few.
But it would be nice if those who manage these places would live where they manage. More over be more honest as to what can or can’t be in a place, before I sign the bottom line rather than make a sales quota to go on a trip to the Pacific Islands because she made a huge commission.
In closing here. If people applying for certain jobs see its not their cup of tea, or are found not to be efficient in those jobs then they, not the person dolling out the rent should be shown the boot.
